Class Description

In a private class, you can have an individual program that is tailored specifically for your needs. I will be more than happy to plan a new routine that incorporates the poses you want and help you to work towards even your loftiest Yoga or Pilates goals. This will help you to take your Yoga or Pilates practice to the next level. If you are a beginner, we can work together and build a sequence that will make you comfortable and will help you to progress quickly into more advance asanas or Pilates alignments.
